Introduction
The property sales system offers a comprehensive digital platform that streamlines the entire home purchasing process. By digitizing the documentation and paperwork, the system eliminates the need for cumbersome physical documents, providing clients with a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
Clients can easily update their personal information through the app and stay informed about the progress of their purchase throughout the entire process. Additionally, the system enables in-app online payments, allowing clients to complete the financial aspects of their purchase conveniently and securely.
On the backend, the system provides agencies with a powerful management tool. Agencies can easily track the purchasing status of their clients, monitor their actions, and manage the entire sales process within the app. This level of visibility and control enables agencies to optimize their operations and provide better service to their clients.
Furthermore, the system offers a comprehensive reporting feature that allows agencies to generate detailed performance reports with a single click. Requirements
Notification when Client Arrives
The system should be able to detect when a client arrives at the venue (e.g. check-in functionality) and automatically notify the associated agency.
Client Purchasing Status Updates
The system should provide real-time updates to clients regarding the status of their purchase. Clients should receive notifications when key milestones or changes occur in the purchasing process.
Comprehensive Reporting
he system should offer agencies the ability to easily generate detailed reports on their overall sales performance, client activities, and other relevant metrics. This reporting functionality should be available with a single click.
Agency Management of Client Information
Agencies should have the capability to update client information and purchasing status directly within the system. This will allow them to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each client throughout the sales process.

Entry Pass
An unique entry pass will be share to client before the property sale event. Clients scan the QR code upon arrival, instantly notifying the agency and updating their status. An SMS with a user center login link is then sent to the client's registered phone, empowering them to access their account and stay informed throughout the property viewing and purchasing journey.
