The Oriental Group, a leading Malaysian Chinese restaurant chain celebrated for its Cantonese cuisine, prioritizes enhancing customer experiences via digital advancements. Their focus on developing a standout membership app includes providing appealing digital vouchers to entice clientele, fostering higher restaurant spending, and enhancing wedding banquet experiences with seamless event management and lasting memories.

Aim

The primary aim of The Oriental Group's initiative is to seamlessly blend digital innovation with their renowned Cantonese dining experience. By introducing a distinctive membership application, the goal is to attract and engage customers through enticing digital vouchers, encouraging increased patronage while enhancing the overall wedding banquet experience with efficient event coordination and unforgettable moments.

Registration & Customisation

New members must provide basic information and dining preferences, allowing tailored promotions and updates based on their profiles.

Member QR code

Each member receives a unique QR code. When displayed to the waiter during bill payment, points are earned, and the transaction record updates automatically in the app.

Spend more, earn more

Members earn points with every purchase at The Oriental Group restaurants, which can be redeemed for vouchers, discounts, or free items. They can easily track their current points and transaction history in the member center for convenient management.

Promotion & E-Voucher

All at a glance

The app's homepage prominently displays all the latest promotions and member vouchers, ensuring that members can quickly find what they need upon opening the app. This feature guarantees they never miss out on exclusive offers and rewards.

E-Voucher center

In the E-Voucher Center, members can conveniently view and manage all their vouchers. Redeeming them is simple—just display the QR code at the time of payment to enjoy exclusive promotions and discounts during your dining experience.

Exchange E-voucher

There are two ways for members to earn new E-vouchers:

  1. Scan the Promotion Code:
    Members can effortlessly earn vouchers by using the in-app QR code scanner to scan the promotional codes found on materials in the restaurant. Once verified, the voucher will be saved in the app.

  2. In-App Exchange:
    Members can exchange their earned points for vouchers directly within the app, allowing for easy access to rewards from their purchases.

Enhance banquet experience

Scan, Check-In, and Get Seated

Using our app, banquet guests can easily check in by displaying their unique invitation QR code. Once verified, a seating plan with guidelines will be displayed. All attendance records will be instantly available on the host portal and exported for documentation after the banquet.

Real time menu

The banquet menu can be updated in real time through the host's account. This feature ensures that all attendees are informed about the dishes being served and can anticipate what’s coming next.

Cloud based photo Album

Previously, guests used platforms like WhatsApp to share photos, which was inconvenient. Now, our app allows easy uploading and sharing, with a secure photo album available for download anytime.
